Who we are

We work work to extend nurture and guidance to young people who have grown up in the Casa Hogar children’s home in Arequipa, Peru. The foundation provides support to further education at a university or trade school and to assist with meals and living accommodations.

Fundraising

In order to maintain operations, the Fund seeks contributions from private donors, churches and Christian ministries, and corporate sponsors.

Continuing Education

Working with local guidance counselors in Arequipa, students are able to explore their options, set a course of study and follow up with regular check-in sessions to guarantee they are on the right track.

Encouragement & Accountability

Members of our board are in regular contact with students and personnel in Arequipa to provide encouragement, program news, and provide oversight. Students in the program know that to whom much is given, much will be required. First, they are expected to be diligent in their studies, and their progress is verified. Second, they agree to take an active in their church community. We ask them to pay it forward and help others in the future obtain their education.
